摘要
目的分析制定合理实习带教计划对护生带教效果的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月期间在我院实习的80例护理实习生作为分析对象,按带教方法的不同分为常规组和研究组,每组40例。常规组实施传统带教计划;研究组则制定合理实习带教计划。比较两组护生的理论知识、实践操作评分及对带教计划的满意度。结果研究组护生的的理论知识、实践操作评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护生对带教计划的满意度为100%,高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论制定合理的实习带教计划,能有效提高护生临床专业水平,为医院培养实用型护理人才,护生的满意度更高。
Objective To analyze the effect of formulating a reasonable internship teaching plan on the effect of nursing students.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 nursing internships in our hospital were selected as the analysis objects.They were divided into the conventional group and the research group according to the teaching methods,with 40 cases in each group.The regular group implements the traditional teaching plan;the research group formulates a reasonable internship teaching plan.The theoretical knowledge,practice scores and satisfaction with the teaching plan were compared between the two groups of nursing students.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the study group with the teaching plan was 100%,which was significantly higher than the conventional group's 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Making a reasonable internship teaching plan can effectively improve the clinical professional level of nursing students,cultivate practical nursing talents for hospitals,and increase the satisfaction of nursing students.
