摘要
目的探讨改良法经皮切口眼袋整形手术的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年9月于本院行眼袋整形术患者84例作为研究对象,根据手术方案不同分为对照组(n=37)和研究组(n=47)。对照组采用常规肌皮瓣眼袋整形术,研究组采用改良法经皮切口眼袋整形,比较两组整形手术效果、患者满意度及并发症发生率。结果研究组总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的89.19%(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.38%,明显低于对照组的29.73%(P<0.05)。术后及术后6、12、24个月,研究组满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义。结论改良法经皮切口眼袋整形手术的整体效果显著,手术并发症发生率较低,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified percutaneous incision pouch plastic surgery.Methods 84 patients who came to our hospital for blepharoplasty from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(n=37)and study group(n=47)according to different surgical plans.The control group received conventional myocutaneous flap blepharoplasty,and the study group received modified percutaneous incision blepharoplasty.The plastic surgery effects,patient satisfaction and complications of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 89.19%of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 6.38%,which was significantly lower than 29.73%in the control group(P<0.05).After operation and at 6 months,12 months and 24 months after operation,the satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups at 1 month after operation.Conclusion The overall effect of the modified percutaneous incision pouch plastic surgery is remarkable,the incidence of surgical complications is low,and the patient satisfaction is high.It is worthy of clinical application.
