摘要
汽车共享以其分时租赁、移动便捷支付等优势,逐渐成为可供城市居民选择的中短途自驾出行方式。为了探究汽车共享服务的存在对城市居民购车意愿的影响,以技术接受模型为理论框架,引入政策制度支持和汽车共享服务品质建立了可描述城市居民购车行为意愿的实证模型,并依据受访者居住城市类型及家庭有无购车进行分组,深入探讨各主观因素对城市居民购车意愿的影响方向和程度。实证结果表明:政策制度支持对接受态度的正向促进作用最强烈,接受态度、服务品质会对居民放弃或推迟购车的意愿产生显著促进影响,而感知有用性会产生抑制作用。其中,一线城市群体及未购车群体的购车意愿更容易受到汽车共享服务品质的影响,而非一线城市群体及已购车群体的购车意愿受汽车共享服务感知易用性和政策制度支持的影响更明显。
With its advantages of time-sharing leasing and convenient mobile payment,car sharing has gradually become a medium and short-distance self-drive travel method for urban residents.To study the influence of the existence of car sharing service on the car-purchasing intentions of urban residents,the technical acceptance model was used as the theoretical framework,and a positivism model was established to describe the car-purchasing intentions of urban residents introducing policy and institutional support and service quality.The respondents were grouped according to the type of city they lived in and whether their families bought cars.The influence direction and degree of each subjective factor on car-purchasing intentions of urban residents were discussed.Empirical results show that policy and institutional support has the strongest positive promoting effect on acceptance attitude.Acceptance attitude and service quality have a significant promoting effect on residents’intentions to give up or postpone buying cars,and perceived usefulness can inhibit car-purchasing intentions.Among them,the car-purchasing intentions of first-tier urban groups and non-car owners are more likely to be affected by service quality of car sharing.However,the car-purchasing intentions of non-first-tier urban groups and car owners are more significantly affected by perceived ease of use of car sharing and supporting policies.
