摘要
以水性丙烯酸乳液KG-11和水性环氧酯树脂SK2132为成膜物,选择适当的助剂制备出一种低VOC水性丙烯酸乳液/水性环氧酯杂化涂料。对涂料性能的测试结果表明,当m(KG-11)∶m(SK2132)=6∶4;w(KG-11+SK2132)=40%(质量分数,后同);以RM8W和RM12W复配作为体系的流变助剂,添加量均为0.2%;以Tego Foamex 810为消泡剂,添加量为0.2%时,杂化涂料VOC含量92 g/L,表干时间15 min,实干时间6 h,涂膜光泽88%,硬度H,耐5%NaOH 24 h,耐水时间96 h,耐中性盐雾240 h。
Low VOC waterborne acrylic emulsion/waterborne epoxy ester hybrid coatings were prepared with waterborne acrylic emulsion KG-11 and waterborne epoxy ester resin SK2132 as film-forming materials.The results show that when m(KG-11):m(SK2132)=6:4,w(KG-11+SK2132)=40%,RM8W and RM12W are used as rheological additives,their dosages are both 0.2%,Tego Foamex 810 is used as defoamer,and its dosage is 0.2%,the VOC content of the hybrid coatings is 92 g/L,the tack-free time is 15 min,the hard drying time is 6 h,the gloss of coatings film is 88%,the hardness is H,the time of resistance to 5%NaOH is 24 h,the time of resistance to water is 96 h,and the time of resistance to neutral salt spray is 240 h.
