摘要
地下水封洞库是国家战略石油储备的主要模式,其主洞室轴向的合理布置,不仅对洞室稳定有利,而且可节省支护成本。库址区岩体结构面特征是洞室轴向布置的决定要素。通过对地下水封洞库工程区地表和深部结构面的调查,确定了库址区岩体的4组优势结构面特征;通过设置不同的主洞室轴向布置方案,运用块体理论分别计算了不同方案下洞室可能形成的关键块体的稳定性;以不稳定块体的体积、支护力、不稳定块体数目为评价指标,进行洞室轴向的布置优化,得到了该地下水封石油储备库的主洞室最佳布置轴向为NE0°~40°。研究结果对地下水封石油储备库主洞室的优化布置具有一定的工程指导意义和参考价值。
Underground water-sealed cavern is the main mode of national strategic oil storage.The proper arrangement of main caverns axial direction will be beneficial to both increasing the caverns stability and reducing its support cost.The characteristics of rock mass structural plane are the crucial factor for the caverns axial layout.Through the investigation on joints in surface and deep rock mass in an underground water-sealed oil storage project,4 sets of dominant structural planes were confirmed.Several schemes of main caverns with different axial directions were set,and the stability of possible key rock blocks was analyzed according to Block Theory.Three evaluation indices,volume of unstable key rock blocks,supporting force and number of unstable key rock blocks were proposed to optimize the axial arrangement of caverns.The optimized axial directions range from NE0° to NE40°.The result has great engineering significance and reference value for the optimized arrangement of main caverns in underground water-sealed oil storage.
