摘要
目的:通过数据挖掘技术,总结盛国光教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的用药规律,分析盛国光教授治疗NAFLD的临床诊疗、辨证用药思路。方法:收集2015年1月至2020年1月湖北省中医院肝病科盛国光教授诊治的门诊NAFLD患者病历,经过规范化处理,利用Microsoft Excel对药物性味、归经、频次进行分析,利用SPSS进行聚类分析,利用SPSS Modeler 14.1软件进行组方关联及复杂网络分析。结果:①录入的339首处方中涉及中药153种,累计频次4028次,使用频次前30名为丹参、枸杞子、山楂、茯苓、荷叶、决明子、泽泻、甘草、夏枯草、白术、茵陈、赤芍、五味子、柴胡、香附、海藻、黄芩、薏苡仁、法半夏、杜仲、陈皮、生地黄、枳实、葛根、郁金、当归、女贞子、白芍、太子参、连翘,累计频次3434次,占总频次85.25%。②药物性味、归经分析:盛国光教授常用药物多为性微寒、温、平之品,药味以甘味药和苦味药为主,其次是辛味药,多归肝、脾经,其次归肺、胃经。③药对分析,支持度较高的药对有:丹参-泽泻-枸杞子(支持度42.82%,置信度100.00%)、丹参-泽泻-山楂(支持度46.04%,置信度99.36%)、山楂-决明子-荷叶(支持度46.92%,置信度97.50%)等。结论:盛教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病用药以疏肝健脾、清热燥湿、活血化瘀药物为主,性味多为微寒、温、平之品,体现盛国光教授辨治非酒精性脂肪性肝病以“和”法为宗的学术思想。
Objective:To use data mining technology to summarize Professor Sheng Guoguang's medication rules for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,analyze and inherit Professor Sheng Guoguang's clinical diagnosis,treatment,and medication thinking for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:Collect the outpatient medical records of patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Sheng Guoguang of the Department of Liver Diseases,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2020,select appropriate prescriptions according to the inclusion criteria,and after standardized processing,use Microsoft Excel to determine the nature,flavor and menstruation of the drug,Perform frequency analysis,use SPSS for cluster analysis,and use SPSS Modeler 14.1 software for group party association and complex network analysis.Results:①The 339 entered prescriptions involved 153 kinds of Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 4,028 times.The top 30 used were salvia,medlar,hawthorn,poria,lotus leaf,cassia,Alisma,licorice,prunella,atractylodes,and Yin Chen,Red Peony,Schisandra,Bupleurum,Cyperus rotundus,Seaweed,Scutellaria,Coix Seed,Pinellia,Eucommia,Tangerine Peel,Rehmannia,Citrus aurantium,Pueraria lobata,Turmeric,Angelica,Ligustrum lucidum,White Peony,Pseudoginseng,Forsythia,the cumulative frequency is 3434 times,accounting for 85.25%of the total frequency.②Analysis of drug properties and meridians:Professor Sheng Guoguang′s commonly used drugs are mostly mildly cold,warm,mild,and cold in nature.The main flavors are sweet and bitter drugs,followed by pungent drugs,which are mostly attributed to liver and spleen.Meridian,followed by lung and stomach Meridian.③Drug pair analysis.The drug pairs with higher support are:Salvia Miltiorrhiza-Alisma orientalis-Lycium barbarum(support 42.82%,confidence 100.00%),Salvia-Alisma orientalis-Hawthorn(support 46.04%,confidence 99.36%),Hawthorn-Cassia seed-Lotus leaf(support 46.92%,confidence 97.50%),etc.Conclusion:Professor Sheng's treatment of non alcoholic fatty liver disease is mainly medicines for soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The nature and taste are mostly mild,warm and flat products,which reflects that Professor Sheng Guoguang's treatment of non-alcoholic Sexual fatty liver disease is based on the academic thought of"mediate".
