摘要
建立了一种用于测定豆芽中植物生长调节剂残留的毛细管电泳分析方法。通过3-氨基苯磺酸对10种植物生长剂进行柱前衍生,在16 min内可实现高效的基线分离、测定。实验考察了缓冲溶液pH及浓度对分离的影响,在优化条件下,各标准品衍生物在0.07~5.0μmol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9980~0.9998,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.59%~1.09%和0.69%~1.44%,检测限(3倍信噪比)为0.035~0.058μmol/L。该方法准确可靠,对实际样品进行定性定量检测,结果令人满意。
A capillary electrophoresis method was established to detect residuals of plant growth regulators in bean sprouts.10 kinds of plant growth regulators were pre-column derivatized by 3-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and then separated in 16 min.The effects of separation temperature,separation voltage,buffer solution concentration and pH on the separation efficiency were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the standard derivatives showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.07-5.0μmol/L with the correlation coefficient r 2 of 0.9980-0.9998.The relative standard deviations of migration time and peak area were 0.59%-1.09%and 0.69%-1.44%,respectively,and the detection limit(S/N=3)was 0.035-0.058μmol/L.The qualitative and quantitative detection of the commercially available bean sprouts under the optimized conditions were performed,demonstrating the accuracy and reliability of this method.
