摘要
我国城市化建设不断加快,传统的建筑模式已经不能满足当代建筑需求,装配式建筑作为一种新型模式,可以弥补传统建筑模式中的缺点,BIM技术与装配式建筑高度结合,在图纸设计、预制构件生产、现场施工管理、后期维护中都有非常良好的应用前景。在装配式建筑设计及施工管理中,充分考虑装配式建筑的特性和BIM技术的优势,将二者进行有机结合,通过实时信息共享和先进的模型构建,可以有效促进装配式建筑设计与施工管理,为推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展奠定坚实基础。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the traditional architectural model has been unable to meet the needs of contemporary buildings.As a new model,prefabricated buildings can make up for the shortcomings of traditional architectural models.The combination of BIM technology and prefabricated buildings has a very good application prospect in drawing design,prefabricated component production,site construction management and post-maintenance.In the design and construction management of prefabricated buildings,the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the advantages of BIM technology are fully considered,and the two are organically combined.Through real-time information sharing and advanced model construction,it can effectively promote the design and construction management of prefabricated buildings,and lay a solid foundation for promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
