摘要
根据“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的工程教育专业认证理念和要求,构建了食品质量与安全专业满足认证标准要求的专业理论与实践课程体系。该课程体系强调理论与实践的有机结合,注重学生能力的培养,为开展专业认证奠定了基础。
According to the concepts and requirements of"student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement"in engineering education professional certification,the professional theory and experiment curriculum system of food quality and safety major was structured.The system emphasized the organic combination of theory and practice,and focused on the cultivation of students′ability,so as to lay a foundation for the development of professional certification.
