PBL联合翻转课堂教学法用于胃肠外科护生临床教学价值评估

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合翻转课堂教学法在胃肠外科护生临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月1日至2018年11月31日的护生60名为对照组,2018年12月1日至2019年3月1日的护生60名为试验组,对照组护生给予传统的课堂教学和带教模式,实验组护生在此基础上给予PBL联合翻转课堂教学法,对比两组护生的自主学习能力、出科考试成绩和教学满意度。结果讨验组护生的出科成绩高于对照组,自主学习能力优于对照组,且教学满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠外科护生的临床教学中应用PBL联合翻转课堂教学法,护生的自主学习能力、出科考试成绩和教学满意度均得到了显著提升,应用价值明显,能使护生更好地掌握所学知识和技能。 Objective To investigate the application value of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method in clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery nursing students.Methods Totally 60 nursing students from March 1,2017 to November 31,2018 were selected as the control group,and 60 nursing students from December 1,2018 to March 1,2019 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given traditional classroom teaching and teaching mode,while the experimental group was given PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method.The self-learning ability,examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination result in the experimental group was higherthan that in the control group,the ability of autonomous learning was better than that of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery nursing students,the application of PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method can significantly improve the self-learning ability,examination result and teaching satisfaction of nursing students,with obvious application value,which can make nursing students better grasp the knowledge and skills they have learned.
