摘要
针对近来作为国内外研究热点的天基信息网络,介绍和分析了其新一代高通量卫星技术、低成本小卫星制造技术和低成本运载工具等技术基础。同时分析指出天基信息网络在网络架构融合设计,包括高低轨卫星联合组网和卫星与5G融合技术,以及低成本卫星和天基信息网络组网方式优化等有待突破的关键技术难题。在此基础上,针对天基信息网络的应用,分析并指出了政策法规、运营成本、地面通信竞争和行业发展趋势的四重挑战。最后,基于市场调研和数据分析得出,天基信息网络在航空、航海等领域有着广阔的市场,其应用的关键在于实现低价优质的卫星通信服务。
Space information network is significant and all countries research and develop space information network energetically.The network must be based on new generation technology of high throughout satellite,low-cost satellite technology and low-cost launch vehicle.Meanwhile,key technical breakthroughs should be made on combination architecture design of space information network,in⁃cluding multiple-orbit satellite networking and integration of satellite and 5G,and low-cost satellite,optimization of space information networking.On operation of space information network,it is faced with challenges of rule and regulation risk,high operation cost,com⁃petition from terrestrial communication system and industry trend.Based on market survey,space information network should have broad market on aviation and navigation.The key point of space information network is low-cost&high quality service.
