蒙台梭利感官教育法在中型养老机构老年轻度认知障碍患者中的应用研究

摘要 目的对中型养老机构中老年轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者采用蒙台梭利感官教育法后的整体效果进行研究。方法该研究于2019年4—10月在菏泽市牡丹区枫叶正红老年养护服务中心中筛选的50例年龄阶段在60~85岁之间的MCI老年人按照数字法分为两组,每组25例;分别给予两组老年患者实施常规护理(对照组)和蒙台梭利感官训练计划(实验组),对比分析蒙台梭利感官教育法在中型养老机构老年轻度认知障碍患者中的应用研究。结果根据护理后指标:实验组患者(蒙台梭利感官教育法)不良事件发生率(8.70%)相较于对照组患者(常规护理)(33.33%)较低,且实验组患者的认知功能(26.44±2.22)分、社会功能(85.44±2.58)分、日常生活能力(25.38±2.43)分相较于对照组患者的认知功能(20.12±1.87)分、社会功能(76.21±2.02)分、日常生活能力(21.02±1.58)分评分较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙台梭利感官教育法应用效果显著,不仅可以改善老年轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能和社会功能,提高日常生活能力;同时还可以整体降低不良事件发生情况。 Objective To study the overall effect of Montessori sensory education in middle-sized elderly care institutions with cognitive impairment(mild cognitive impairment,MCI).Methods 50 cases of MCI elderly aged between 60-85 years old who were screened in the Fengye Zhenghong Elderly Care Service Center in Mudan District,Heze City from April to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the number method.There were 25 subjects in each group;the two groups of elderly patients were given routine care(control group)and Montessori sensory training program(experimental group),and compared and analyzed the applied research of Montessori sensory education method in medium-sized elderly care institutions of patients with cognitive impairment.Results According to the indicators after nursing:the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(Montessori sensory education method)(8.70%)was lower than that in the control group(routine care)(33.33%),and the cognition function(26.44±2.22)points,social function(85.44±2.58)points,daily living ability(25.38±2.43)points of the experimental group,compared with the control group's cognitive function(20.12±1.87)points,social function(76.21±2.02)points,daily living ability(21.02±1.58)points,being higher.Comparing the relevant data between the two groups,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The Montessori sensory education method has a significant application effect,which can not only improve the elderly patients'mild cognitive function and social function of patients with cognitive impairment,can improve the ability of daily living;at the same time,it can also reduce the occurrence of adverse events as a whole.
