摘要
以烤烟品种云烟87为试验材料,在基施氮量一致的条件下,基于SPAD值设计了不同的追施纯氮量处理(处理T1,每次追施纯氮15 kg/hm2;T2,20 kg/hm2;T3,30 kg/hm2;T4,40 kg/hm2),研究了不同追施纯氮量对烤烟光合特性、碳氮代谢关键酶活性、碳氮代谢产物含量以及烤后烟叶产质量的影响。结果表明:随着追施氮量的增加,烤烟的光合特性与碳氮代谢关键酶活性均呈现先增加后下降的趋势,在移栽后55 d时均以T2处理最高,且T2处理的烤前果糖、葡萄糖、氨基酸含量均最高;T4处理的烤前蔗糖与麦芽糖含量最高;T2处理的烤烟常规化学成分协调性最好,产值与中上等烟比例最高。因此,以SPAD值43为阀值每次追施纯氮20 kg/hm2时,综合效果最佳。
The“Yanyan 87”was used as test material.Under the condition of the same basic nitrogen application amount,the effects of four different topdressing nitrogen levels(T1:15 kg/hm2,T2:20 kg/hm2,T3:30 kg/hm2 and T4:40 kg/hm2)on carbon and nitrogen metabolism,photosynthetic characteristics and yield of flue-cured tobacco were studied based on SPAD value.The results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics and key enzyme activities of carbon and nitrogen metabolism of flue-cured tobacco both increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen top-dressing.Those of T2 were the highest at 55 days after transplanting,and the content of fructose,glucose and amino acids was the highest in T2 treatment.The content of sucrose and maltose was the highest in T4 treatment.The conventional chemical composition of T2 treatment had the best coordina⁃tion,and the output value,medium tobacco,fine tobacco was the highest.Therefore,when SPAD value 43 was taken as the threshold value,the comprehensive effect was the best when pure nitrogen was applied 20 kg/hm2 each time.
