摘要
从国外体育赛事标准制定的政策法规、组建政府协调机构、一体化智慧服务监管平台和体育赛事咨询服务渠道等方面,探讨国外体育赛事标准化监管的保障措施。体育赛事参与人数、公共资源占用、体育赛事等级是国外体育赛事监管的首要因素。国外体育赛事监管对体育赛事主体资质、赛事服务保障的安全环境及交通等领域建立了全面系统监管标准。在赛事执行阶段,建立及时完善的标准控制流程和反馈修正系统。完善的体育赛事标准化监管体系有助于构建公平公正、竞争有序的体育赛事环境,助推体育产业高质量的发展。
The paper discusses the safeguard measures for the supervision of foreign sports events from the aspects of the policies and regulations formulated by the standards,the establishment of authoritative coordinating bodies,the integrated intelligent service supervision platform and the sports events consultation service channels.The number of participants and the rank of sports events are the most important factors in the supervision of sports events.Overseas supervision of sports events has set up a comprehensive and systematic supervision standard in the fields of sports event subject qualification,safety of service guarantee and other service guarantee.A timely and perfect standard control process and feedback correction system is established at the execution stage.A perfect standardization supervision system of sports events is conducive to build a fair and just competition.
