摘要
从《黄帝内经》相关理论出发,提出慢性荨麻疹病机以少阴不足为本,肾风客于玄府为标,治疗以温少阴、祛肾风、通玄府为基本治则,导师临床以麻黄附子细辛汤加减治之,既可温少阴之经,又发肾风于玄府,效如桴鼓,并举一临床验案加以分析佐证。
Starting with the theory of Huangdi Neijing,it is believed that the root cause of pathogenesis of chronic urticaria is the Shaoyin deficiency and the manifestation is kidney wind in Xuanfu,the fundamental treatment is to warm Shaoyin,to dispel kidney wind,and to open up Xuanfu,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoctionas basic prescription can warm Shaoyin and dispell kidney wind from Xuanfu,so it is effective,so taking a clinical case for analysis and as evidence.
