摘要
目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2018年4月-2020年5月在本院接受治疗的92例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,随机分成研究组(46例)与对照组(46例),对照组接受内固定术,研究组应用人工股骨头置换术,分析两组临床效果。结果:研究组出血量(204.36±17.34)ml,手术时间(57.93±7.36)min,卧床休息时间(7.91±1.23)d,住院时间(16.39±2.35)d,不良反应率8.70%,相比于对照组更优(P<0.05);研究组VAS(1.70±0.43)分,相比于对照组低(P<0.05);研究组Harris(96.23±8.93)分,相比于对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的效果显著,可有效减少疼痛,加快髋关节功能恢复,减少不良反应发生,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Method:From April 2018 to May 2020,the 92 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the research group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases).The control group received internal fixation treatment,the study group applied artificial femoral head replacement treatment,then the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Result:After the study,the bleeding volume (204.36±17.34) ml,operation time (57.93±7.36) min,bed rest time (7.91±1.23) d,hospital stay (16.39±2.35) d,adverse reaction rate 8.70% in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the VAS (1.70±0.43) points in the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the Harris (96.23±8.93) points in the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial femoral head replacement is effective in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.It can effectively reduce the pain of patients,accelerate the recovery of hip function,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and shorten the length of hospitalization.
