基于群体感应调控细菌生物膜形成研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 近些年来,许多研究都表明细菌等微生物之间存在群体感应现象(quorum sensing,QS)。许多细菌都能合成并分泌自诱导物质来调控基因的表达调控生物膜的形成,以此保证细菌在生长过程中适应新的环境。生物膜(biofilm)的存在与细菌的抗逆能力有很大的关联,基于驱散群体感应抑制生物膜的形成也成了目前的研究热点之一。本文主要综述了近几年在群体感应领域的一些发现,主要对细菌生物膜形成相关研究做了一些总结。 In recent years,many studies have shown that there is quorum sensing between microbes such as bacteria(quorum sensing,QS).Many bacteria can synthesize and secrete self-inducing substances to regulate gene expression and regulate biofilm formation,so as to ensure that bacteria adapt to new environment during growth.Biofilm(biofilm)has a great relationship with the resistance of bacteria,and the inhibition of biofilm formation based on dispersal quorum sensing has become one of the current research hotspots.In this paper,some findings in the field of quorum sensing in recent years are reviewed,mainly related to the formation of bacterial biofilm made some summary.
