摘要
目的探究四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗的疗效。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月,该院收治的80例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者为研究对象,按随机分组原则,随机均分为两组,即研究组和对照组。其中,对照组患者行常规石膏外固定治疗方案,研究组患者行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗。分别就两组患者的骨折愈合情况和术后并发症发生情况进行对比。结果研究组患者骨折愈合时间(84.11±11.43)d,优于对照组愈合时间(120.47±16.54)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.437,P<0.05);研究组愈合率为95.0%,高于对照组的77.5%,术后并发症发生率为5.0%低于对照组并发症发生率的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.164、4.114,P<0.05)。结论钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗对四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者疗效显著,可有效缩短患者骨折愈合时间,提高愈合率,减少术后不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore the curative effect of plate screw internal fixation in patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,80 patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group.Among them,patients in the control group received conventional plaster external fixation,and patients in the study group received internal fixation with steel plate screws.The fracture healing and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time of the patients in the study group was(84.11±11.43)d,which was better than the healing time of the control group(120.47±16.54)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.437,P<0.05);the healing rate of the study group was 95.0%,higher than 77.5% in the control group,5.0% of postoperative complications rate was lower than 20.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.164,4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The technique of plate and screw internal fixation has a significant effect on patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities.It can effectively shorten the fracture healing time,increase the healing rate,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
