摘要
目的研究分析Multiloc髓内钉与锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的早期疗效。方法于2019年2月—2020年2月该院接收的老年肱骨近端骨折患者72例,作为该次研究之中的观察主体。根据双盲随机对照原则,予以分组探讨,其中一组为常规组(予以锁定钢板),另一组为研究组(予以Multiloc髓内钉)。每组36例。结果研究组切口长度(4.8±1.3)cm、手术耗时(77.5±10.4)min、手术失血量(83.3±20.5)mL少于常规组(10.6±2.8)cm、(94.5±12.7)min、(129.9±22.6)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=11.273、6.214、9.163,P<0.05);研究组与常规组Constant肩关节评分、骨折愈合时间、并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与锁定钢板治疗方案而言,老年肱骨近端骨折患者实施Multiloc髓内钉治疗方案具有操作简单、微创、失血量少等诸多优势,术后有利于患者早期康复锻炼,进而更好、更快地恢复关节功能。
Objective To study and analyze the early effect of Multiloc intramedullary nail and locking plate in the treatment of elderly proximal humeral fractures.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,72 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were accepted by the hospital as the main body of observation in this study.According to the principle of double-blind randomized control,groups were discussed.One group was named the conventional group(with locking plate)and the other group was named as the research group(with Multiloc intramedullary nail).There were 36 cases in each group.Results The length of incision in the study group was(4.8±1.3)cm,the operation time was(77.5±10.4)min,and the blood loss(83.3±20.5)mL was less than that of the conventional group(10.6±2.8)cm,(94.5±12.7)min,(129.9±22.6)mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.273,6.214,9.163,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in Constant shoulder score,fracture healing time,and complications between the study group and the routine group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the locking plate treatment program,the Multiloc intramedullary nail treatment program for elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures has many advantages such as simple operation,minimal invasiveness,and less blood loss.It is conducive to early rehabilitation of patients after surgery,and thus restoring joint function faster and better.
