苏53区块东南区压裂水平井井网优化设计 被引量:1

Optimal design of fractured horizontal well pattern in southeast areaof Su 53 Block

摘要 苏53区块自2010年实施水平井整体开发以来,主产区已基本完成井位部署及产能建设,水平井开发正从富集区转向接替区;而东南区储层物性变差,储量丰度减小,原有的井网井距、裂缝参数及压裂方案必然难以继续适应。针对东南区的地质特征,通过气藏精细描述和数值模拟手段,开展了压裂水平井井网优化设计,并优选出最佳井网部署方案:菱形平行水平井井网,井数83口,水平段长度1200 m,井距600 m,单井8条横切缝,裂缝半长220 m,裂缝导流能力20 D·cm。该优化设计成果已应用于苏53区块东南接替区域的开发实践,对同类致密气藏的开发也具有一定的参考和指导意义。 While the horizontal well integrated development has been implemented in Su 53 block since 2010,the main producing areas have basically completed the well location deployment and productivity construction, and the horizontal well development is changing from the enrichment area to the replacement area. Because the reservoir physical properties in the southeast area become worse and the reserve abundance decreases,the original well pattern and spacing,fracture parameters and fracturing schemes will be difficult to continue to adapt. In view of this, according to the geological characteristics of southeast region, the optimal design of fractured horizontal well pattern is carried out by means of fine description and numerical simulation of gas reservoir,and the optimal well pattern deployment scheme is as follows: rhombic parallel horizontal well pattern,83 wells, horizontal section length 1 200 m,well spacing 600 m,8 transverse fractures of per well,fracture half length 220 m,fracture conductivity 20 D·cm. The optimized design results have been applied to the development practice for the southeastern replacement area of Su 53 block,which also have certain reference and guidance significance for the development of similar tight gas reservoirs.
