摘要
介绍了偏心C形球球阀的工作原理和结构特性,分析了阀门偏心结构的密封性能及影响其启闭力矩的因素,给出了球体偏心值的理论分析及计算过程,采用数学模型、模拟分析并对比结果,提出了C形球球阀偏心结构优化设计的方案。
Introduce the structural principle of the eccentricity of the C-type ball valve,analyze the influencing factors of the sealing performance and the opening and closing torque of the valve,give theoretical analysis and calculation process of the eccentricity,use mathematical model to simulate and compare the results,propose optimization scheme.
