改性甘蔗渣纤维对聚丙烯复合材料的性能影响 被引量:2

Effect of Modified Bagasse Fiber on Properties of Polypropylene Composites

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂(KH550、KH560、KH570)及高锰酸钾(KMnO_(4))溶液作为改性剂,分别处理甘蔗渣纤维(BF),并制备了聚丙烯/甘蔗渣纤维(PP/BF)复合材料,研究了改性剂对PP/BF复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:加入KMnO_(4)后,对于BF表面处理效果明显,纤维粗糙度显著增加;采用KMnO_(4)作为改性剂制备的PP/BF复合材料,其力学性能显著优于硅烷偶联剂作为改性剂制备的PP/BF复合材料;随着KMnO_(4)浓度的降低,复合材料的耐老化性能逐渐提高;吸水率方面,随着BF用量的增加,PP/BF复合材料的吸水率增加,且KMnO_(4)作为改性剂制备的PP/BF复合材料,其吸水率明显低于硅烷偶联剂作为改性剂制备的PP/BF复合材料。 Bagasse fiber(BF)was treated with silane coupling agents(KH550,KH560,KH570)and potassium permanganate(KMnO_(4))respectively,and polypropylene/bagasse fiber(PP/BF)composites was prepared.The effect of modifiers on the comprehensive properties of PP/BF composites was studied.The results showed that KMnO_(4)can improve the surface treatment and fiber roughness of BF significantly;the mechanical properties of PP/BF composites prepared by KMnO_(4)as modifier are better than those of PP/BF composites prepared by silane coupling agent;with the decrease of KMnO_(4)concentration,the aging resistance of the composites gradually improved;in terms of water absorption,with the increase of BF content,the water absorption of PP/BF composites increases,and the water absorption of PP/BF composites prepared by KMnO_(4)as modifier is obviously lower than that of PP/BF composites prepared by silane coupling agent.
