摘要 针对电气设备漏电危及人身、设备安全,漏电隐蔽性强又缺乏及时警示的情况,设计了基于物联网的漏电监测系统。使用STM32单片机作为监测主控芯片,监测设备通过连接三相电源中性点,捕捉设备外壳漏电流,进行I-V转换、AC/DC转换、差分滤波放大,实时将监测设备漏电信息通过4G通信联网传输到服务器,在盟创工业云平台显示,并推送数据到终端。当检测到漏电故障时,会在本地端和云平台同时报警,确保了安全生产。通过Multisim对电路仿真及现场数据,验证该系统有效性。 Aiming at the situation that the leakage of electrical equipment endangers the safety of personal and equipment,the leakage concealment is strong and the timely warning is lacking,a leakage monitoring system based on the Internet of things is designed.Use STM32 microcontroller as the monitoring main control chip,the monitoring equipment is connected to the neutral point of the three-phase power supply,capture the electrical leakage current of the device shell,perform I-V conversion,AC/DC conversion,differential filter amplification,the electrical leakage information of the monitoring equipment is transmitted to the server through 4G communication network in real time,display on the mengchuang industrial cloud platform and push data to the terminal.When a electrical leakage fault is detected,the local terminal and the cloud platform will alarm at the same time to ensure the safe operation of production.The circuit simulation and field data are carried out by Multisim to verify the effectiveness of the system.
