基于单片机载荷控制模拟有杆采油实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 有杆采油是国内外油气行业的主要采油方式,抽油杆弯曲变形引发的偏磨、断裂事故是增加采油成本的主要因素。该文在进行抽油杆受力分析的基础上,基于载荷控制抽油杆上下运行的工作原理,编写载荷控制程序,利用单片机对抽油杆实行自动控制,实现了通过载荷控制抽油杆上下运行的目的,完成了模拟实验。模拟实验结果表明,通过载荷控制抽油杆上下运行,使抽油杆的拉压交变载荷变为单一拉伸载荷,消除了弯曲变形的可能性,从根本上消除了抽油杆柱发生偏磨、断裂的因素。该实验对于减少有杆采油事故率、提高油田经济效益具有重大意义。 Sucker rod production is the main oil recovery methods in oil and gas industry at home and abroad.Eccentric wear and fracture accidents caused by bending deformation of sucker rod are the main factors to increase oil production cost.In this paper,based on the mechanical analysis of the sucker rod,using the single chip computer of the load control to making the sucker rod running up and down automatically,write the load control program,and the automatic control of the sucker rod is used to realize the purpose of controlling the up and down operation of the sucker rod,and the simulation experiment is completed.The simulation results show that the possibility of bending deformation is eliminated and the eccentric wear and fracture of the sucker rod are avoided.It is a great significance to reduce the accident rate of sucker rod production and improve the economic benefits of the oilfield in this study.
