摘要
通过综述患者就医体验概念、测评工具、国内外研究现状和影响因素,探索如何改善患者就医体验实践,提升医院核心竞争力,为推进医疗卫生服务事业发展提供参考,为后续研究和实践提供理论依据。在患者体验研究方面,国内外研究多采用量表或者质性访谈对患者进行调查。中国患者就医体验研究呈逐年上升趋势,以改善患者体验具体措施为主。就医体验影响因素主要是就医环境和服务流程、医疗技术、人文关怀和有效沟通、尊重患者隐私及合法权益等。建议提高关怀患者理念,引导患者正确就医,调查研究应完善研究内容和调查方法,深层挖掘影响因素。
This paper reviewed the concept of patient medical experience,evaluation tools,research status and influencing factors at home and abroad,and explored how to improve the practice of patient medical experience and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital,it provided reference for promoting the development of medical and health service,and provided theoretical basis for subsequent research and practice.In the aspect of patient experience research,the scale or qualitative interview was used to investigate the patients in domestic and foreign studies.The research on medical experience of patients is increasing year by year in China,mainly focusing on the concrete measures to improve the patient experience.The main influencing factors of medical experience are medical environment and service process,medical technology,humanistic care and effective communication,respect for patients’privacy and legitimate rights and interests.It is suggested to improve the concept of caring for patients,guide patients to seek medical treatment correctly,perfect the research contents and methods,and excavate the influencing factors deeply.
