摘要
自“服务型政府”概念提出以来,服务型政府研究一直是学界关注的热点话题。基于文献可视化分析软件CiteSpace,对中国知网2001—2019年间服务型政府研究的CSSCI期刊论文从文献增长、高被引文献、学科方向、研究方法、研究热点主题进行文献计量与可视化分析。研究发现,服务型政府的内涵、服务型政府的职能、服务型政府的建设主体、服务型政府的建设途径成为学界研究的热点主题。展望未来,研究选题应进一步下沉,加强中观和微观层面的研究,切合实际问题,继续以更开阔的视角和恰当的研究方法进一步深化中国服务型政府的研究。
Since the concept of“service-oriented government”is put forward,the research on service-oriented government has been a hot topic in academic circles.Based on the literature visualization analysis software CiteSpace,this paper conductes literature measurement and visualization analysis of the CSSCI journal papers studied by CNKI from 2001 to 2019 on service-oriented government from the literature growth,highly cited literature,subject direction,research methods,and research hotspots.The research shows that the connotation,functions,the main body and the way of service-oriented government have become hot topics in academic research.Looking to the future,research topics should be further subsided,and research on the meso and micro levels should be strengthened to meet practical problems,and continue to further deepen the research on China's service-oriented government with a broader perspective and appropriate research methods.
