成渝中线高速铁路引入重庆铁路枢纽方案研究 被引量:9

摘要 400 km/h的成渝中线高速铁路连接成都、重庆两大国家中心城市,是川渝东出华中华北、南下华东南地区最便捷的高速客运通道,有助于打造成渝双城经济圈。在阐述成渝中线高速铁路规划情况、重庆铁路枢纽现状与规划的基础上,提出将成渝中线高速铁路引入重庆铁路枢纽的重庆北站、重庆站、重庆西站、重庆东站4个方案,经初步分析后选择主接重庆北站方案和接轨沙坪坝站引入重庆站2个方案作为备选方案,若采用多维度数量经济学的现代咨询方法——层次分析法(AHP)进行综合比选则引入重庆站方案权重略高;但考虑运营时长、配套设施以及区位优势等重要核心因素,则推荐引入重庆北站方案;最终引入重庆铁路枢纽车站选择还需根据城市规划、重庆铁路枢纽总图等其他因素综合分析确定。 As the most convenient high-speed passenger corridor between two national central cities of Chongqing and Chengdu,as well as the most convenient high-speed passenger corridor connecting Sichuan and Chongqing with Central and North China in the East and o Southeast China in the south,the design speed of 400km/h Chengdu-Chongqing middle high-speed line is conducive to build a double-city economic circle.This paper elaborates the planning of Chengdu-Chongqing middle high-speed line,the current situation and planning of Chongqing railway hub,and then propose four schemes to link Chengdu-Chongqing middle high-speed line with Chongqing railway hub,including Chongqing north station,Chongqing station,Chongqing west station and Chongqing east station,in which the scheme of connecting Chongqing north station and the scheme of connecting Shapingba station to Chongqing station are recommended after the preliminary analysis.From the aspects of location advantage radiation to attract passenger flow,road network channel function,engineering technology and economy,operation length and operation time,engineering difficulty,etc.,the paper adopts the modern consulting method of multi-dimensional quantitative economics,namely analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to conduct comprehensive comparison and selection,and recommends the introduction of Chongqing north railway station scheme.The final plan should be analyzed and decided according to the urban planning,general layout of Chongqing railway hub and other factors.
