Report on Breeding of New Millet Cultivar Longgu 16

摘要 谷子新品种陇谷16号是以陇谷4号为母本、晋谷4号为父本通过有性杂交选育而成。在2015—2016年的甘肃省谷子品种多点试验中,陇谷16号2 a 12点(次)平均折合产量为4855.96 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇谷11号增产6.66%。在2017年的甘肃省谷子品种生产试验中,陇谷16号平均折合产量为4072.91 kg/hm2,较对照品种陇谷11号增产8.26%。该品种生育期124 d,株高123.05 cm,茎粗0.99 cm,主茎可见节数13.2节。穗长25.00 cm,穗粗2.46 cm,单株穗重24.03 g。单穗粒重19.61 g,千粒重3.59 g,单株草重22.58 g,出谷率81.60%。黄谷黄米,米质粳性。籽粒水分含量6.74 mg/kg、灰分含量1.5 mg/kg、蛋白质含量12.16 mg/kg(干基)、粗脂肪含量42.1 g/kg(干基)、粗淀粉含量68.08 mg/kg(干基)、赖氨酸含量2.9 g/kg(干基)。高抗黑穗病,抗旱,抗倒伏。适宜在甘肃白银、定西、平凉、天水和庆阳等海拔1900 m以下谷子产区种植。 Longgu 16 is a new bred foxtail millet cultivar with high yield,disease resistance and high quality,bred by sexual cross breeding with Longgu 4/Jingu 4.In 2015—2016,the average yield of 2 a 12 sites(times)of Longgu 16 was 4855.96 kg/hm2 and 6.66%higher than that of the control Longgu 11 in Gansu Multi-point Experiment of millet cultivar.In 2017,the average yield was 4072.91 kg/hm2 and 8.26%higher than that of the control Longgu 11 in Gansu Production Experiment of millet cultivar.The growth period of Longgu 11 is 124 days,the plant height is 123.05 cm,the stem diameter is 0.99 cm,and the number of visible nodes in main stem is 13.2.The panicle length is 25.00 cm,the panicle diameter is 2.46 cm,and the panicle weight per plant is 24.03 g.The grain weight per panicle is 19.61 g,the 1000-grain weight is 3.59 g,the grass weight per plant is 22.58 g,and the grain yield rate is 81.60%.The cultivar yellow rice,rice quality japonica.The contents of water,ash,protein(dry base),crude fat(dry base),starch(dry base)and lysine(dry base)are 6.74 mg/kg,1.5 mg/kg,12.16 mg/kg,42.1 g/kg,68.08 mg/kg and 2.9 g/kg,respectively.It is high resistance to smut,drought resistance and lodging resistance.It is suitable to be grown in below 1900 m in Baiyin,Dingxi,Pingliang,Tianshui and Qingyang of Gansu province.
