我国排球后备人才培养影响因素及优化策略 被引量:9

Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies for Training Volleyball Reserve Talents in China

摘要 排球后备人才培养关系到我国排球运动整体发展。采用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对影响我国排球后备人才培养因素进行研究并提出优化策略。结论及优化策略:1)我国排球后备人才培养经历了由多元培养向一元培养转变,由体委培养向体教结合转变,由国家投入向市场机制转变,由政府主办向社会共建转变。政府主导、多元培养、社会参与和市场调控是未来发展趋势。2)主要影响因素为4个一级指标,14个二级指标。3)选材困难、学训矛盾突出、竞赛数量不足以及资金来源单一且投入不足,导致后备人才培养规模小,普及程度低。教练员能力不均、培训不足,缺少整体管理制度、缺乏支持政策以及培养目标不明确,导致后备人才培养系统性不足,发展环境不利于排球后备人才培养。4)需构建满足政府主导、多元培养、植根学校、市场机制的,符合新时代社会发展的排球后备人才培养体系。 The training of volleyball reserve talents is related to the overall development of volleyball in China.This study adopts the methods of expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the factors that affect the training of volleyball reserve talents in China and puts forward the optimization strategies.Conclusion and optimization strategies are as follows:1) The training of volleyball reserve talents in China has undergone a transformation from pluralistic training to univariate training,from delegated training by sports committees to physical education,from national investment to market mechanism,and from government sponsor to social co-construction.Government-led,pluralistic training,social participation and market regulation are the future development trend.2) The main influencing factors are 4 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators.3) The difficulties in the following aspects,such as selecting talents,prominent contradictions between study and training,insufficient number of competitions,and single source of funds and insufficient investment lead to small scale and low popularity of training for the reserve talents.In addition,the uneven ability of coaches,lack of training,lack of overall management system,lack of support policy and unclear training objectives lead to the lack of systematic training of reserve talents,and the developing environment is not conducive to the training of volleyball reserve talents.4) It is necessary to construct a volleyball reserve talent training system that meets the needs of government-led,diversified training,rooted in schools and market mechanisms,and conforms to the social development of the new era.
