摘要
目的:观察壮药补养启威方治疗阳痿的临床疗效。方法:选取98例气郁型阳痿患者,随机分为对照组和壮药组各49例,对照组服用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,壮药组服用补养启威方治疗,治疗后采用IIEF-5评分评估临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,壮药组总有效率为89.7%,优于对照组的71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组IIEF-5评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周、4周后评分均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),且壮药组评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补养启威方治疗气郁型阳痿患者疗效较好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bu Yang Qi Wei prescription for tonifying impotence.Methods from July 2016 to March 2019,98 patients with impotence of qi depression type were randomly divided into control group and Zhuang medicine group.The control group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule and Zhuang medicine group was treated with buyangqiwei formula.After treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated with IIEF-5 score.Results after treatment,the total effective rate of Zhuang medicine group was 89.7%,better than 71.4%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IIEF-5 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the score of Zhuang medicine group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion buyangqiwei formula is effective in the treatment of impotence of qi depression type.
