主动配电网中多端柔性多状态开关的选址定容优化 被引量:9

摘要 智能柔性多状态开关作为网间功率调控媒介,在主动配电网中实现有功/无功协调并优化运行状态,发挥巨大的应用价值。本文考虑多端柔性多状态开关的拓展性,定义其接入的约束限制和位置向量,提出含柔性多状态开关主动配电网的经济成本优化配置模型。规划目标追求周期最小经济成本,综合考虑设备运行、连接损耗、网间交互和容量配置等成本因素来配置柔性多状态开关接入位置和端口容量。进而采用改进遗传算法和二阶锥规划的混合算法求解。最后,依托实际智能配电网示范工程,在馈线组算例系统中展开测试,结果表明所提方法能保证综合经济成本合理控制,并发掘了柔性多状态开关与无功补偿的有功/无功协调控制的性能,且算法稳定高效。 As the power control medium of the network,intelligent multi⁃terminal flexible distribution switch(FDS)plays a huge application in achieving active and reactive power coordination and optimizing operation condition.In this paper,the expansion of multi⁃terminal FDS is considered,the constraint limits and position vectors of FDS access is defined and the economic cost optimization configuration model of ADN with FDS isproposed.The planning goal pursues the minimum economic cost of the operating cycle,and comprehensively considers such cost factors as equipment operation,connection loss,network interaction and capacity configuration to configure the FDS access location and port capacity.Furthermore,a hybrid algorithm based on improved genetic algorithm and second⁃order cone programming is used for the solution.Finally the test is carried out in the feeder group system relying on the actual smart distribution network demonstration project.It is shown by the result that the proposed method can guarantee the reasonable control of comprehensive economic cost,explores the function of active and reactive power coordinated control when using FDS and reactive power compensation and the algorithm is stable and efficient.
