高通量透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床效果及抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高通量血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者的效果及对患者抗氧化功能的影响。方法:选取2013年1月-2018年1月在郑州市第一人民医院行常规门诊血液透析治疗的CRF患者140例,采用SPSS16.0软件生成随机数字分为高通量组、常规血透组各70例,患者均每周透析治疗3次,对比两组在研究开始时、透析治疗6个月后的各项实验室指标。结果:治疗前,高通量组和常规血透组患者的β2-MG、BUN、Scr、血磷、Kt/v、PTH、GSH-Px、TAC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,高通量组患者的β2-MG、BUN、血磷、PTH值均低于常规血透组(P<0.05),高通量组患者的GSH-Px、TAC水平及Kt/v值高于常规血透组(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析治疗CRF患者能有效改善患者氧化应激水平并减轻对肾脏的损害。 Objective:To investigate the effect of high flux hemodialysis on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)and the effect on antioxidant function. Methods:140 CRF patients were selected from January 2013 to January 2018 in the hospital for routine outpatient hemodialysis. SPSS16.0 software was used to divide patients into high-throughput group and conventional hematopoietic group by random number, with 70 cases in each group. Patients were dialyzed three times a week. Laboratory indicators of two groups at the beginning of the study, dialysis treatment after 6 months were compared. Results:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of β2-MG, BUN, Scr, blood phosphorus, Kt/v, PTH, GSH-Px and TAC between the high throughput group and the conventional hemodialysis group(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of β2-MG, BUN, serum phosphorus and PTH in the high throughput group were lower than those in the conventional hemodialysis group(P<0.05). The levels of GSH-Px, TAC and Kt/v in the patients in the high throughput group were higher than those in the conventional hemodialysis group(P<0.05). Conclusion:High flux hemodialysis treatment of CRF patients can effectively improve the oxidative stress levels and reduce renal damage.
