摘要
基于负载敏感系统,介绍了负载独立流量分配的LUDV系统和LUDV多路阀的工作原理,并分析了LUDV多路阀中压力补偿阀的工作原理。研究结果表明:在实现多执行元件同时工作时,并且动作不受负载影响的情况下,LUDV系统与LS系统相比,具有更好的抗流量饱和特性。最终选用力士乐系利A11V系列负载敏感阀和M7-22系列LUDV多路阀,搭建液压系统,通过样机试验,表明了LUDV负载独立流量分配系统在液压挖掘机中应用的可靠性。
Based on load sensitive system,this article introduces the load flow distribution LUDV system and LUDV multi-channel valve working principle,and analyzes the working principle of LUDV multi-way valve pressure compensation valve.The results show that in the realization of many components of work at the same time,and action is not affected by load cases,LUDV system which compared with the LS system has better resistance to flow saturation characteristic.We select LUDV series load sensitive valves of Rexroth A11V and LUDV series multiway valves of M7-22 series to build the hydraulic system.Finally the prototype test show the reliability of LUDV load independent flow distribution system in the application of hydraulic excavator.
