原砂及树脂加入量对覆膜砂性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以硅砂和宝珠砂为原砂、酚醛树脂为粘结剂制备覆膜砂,研究了原砂种类、粒度以及树脂加入量对覆膜砂性能的影响。试验结果表明:在原砂粒度为50~200目范围内,制备条件相同条件下,覆膜宝珠砂的强度是相同粒度覆膜硅砂的1.2~1.6倍;原砂太粗或者太细,覆膜砂强度一般,100/50目的覆膜砂强度相对较高;当树脂加入量为0.8%~2.5%时,100/50目的覆膜宝珠砂的室温抗拉强度约为1.5~8.5 MPa,室温抗弯强度约为3.0~16.0 MPa;100/50目硅砂和宝珠砂混合覆膜砂的强度随宝珠砂含量增加而提高。 The influence of the raw sand type,grain size and resin addition on the properties of coated sand was studied by using silica sand and Baozhu sand(pearl sand sand)as raw sand and phenolic resin as binder.The test results showed:under the same conditions,the strength of Baizhu coated sand was 1.2~1.6 times of that of silicon coated sand with the same grain size range of 50~200 mesh,when raw sand was too coarse or too fine,the strength of coated sand was common,the strength of 100/50 mesh coated sand was relatively higher.When resin addition was of 0.8%~2.5%,the room temperature tensile strength of coated 100/50 mesh Baozhu sand was about 1.5~8.5 MPa,its room temperature bending strength was about 3.0~16.0 MPa,the strength of 100/50 mesh silica sand and Baozhu sand mixtures coated sand was increased with elevating of Baozhu sand addition.
