摘要
目的分析快速康复护理理念干预对糖尿病足患者康复效果及疾病知晓情况的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2019年4月我院收治的126例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为对照组和试验组,各63例。评价干预后患者糖尿病足危险程度及糖尿病足感染率,并评价患者对糖尿病足的疾病知晓情况及护理质量满意度。结果两组干预前足部各级分级占比比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后试验组低危足占比明显提高,中、高危足占比明显降低,与同期对照组比较,两组糖尿病足危险程度下降情况存在显著性差异(P<0.05);干预后试验组患者的糖尿病足各方面知识知晓率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组糖尿病足感染率明显低于对照组,护理质量满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复护理理念下的护理干预可有效提高糖尿病足患者的临床治疗效果,干预后糖尿病足危险程度明显下降,感染率明显下降,可以提高患者的认知,值得在临床使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect and disease awareness of diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The risk degree of diabetic foot and the infection rate of diabetic foot were evaluated after intervention,and the knowledge of diabetic foot and the satisfaction of nursing quality were evaluated.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the proportion of lowrisk foot in the experimental group was significantly increased,while the proportion of medium-risk foot and high-risk foot was significantly reduced.Compared with the control group at the same time,the risk degree of diabetic foot in the two groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05);After intervention,the knowledge rate of diabetic foot in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the rate of diabetic foot infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction with nursing quality was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetic foot patients.After the intervention,the risk degree of diabetic foot is significantly reduced,and the infection rate is significantly reduced,which improves the cognition of patients and is worth promoting in clinical use.
