摘要
目的:分析β_(2)-受体阻滞剂对社区高血压患者血压水平与不良反应的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月社区高血压患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规降压药物治疗;研究组采用常规降压药物联合β_(2)-受体阻滞剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平、不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率。结果:研究组治疗后舒张压及收缩压水平均显著低于对照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者采用β_(2)-受体阻滞剂治疗,能有效改善患者血压水平,患者不会出现较多的不良反应,是一种安全、高效的治疗方案。
Objective:To analyze the effects of β_(2)-receptor blockers on blood pressure levels and adverse reactions in patients with hypertension in the community.Methods:From January to December 2019,90 patients with hypertension in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs;the study group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs combined with β_(2)-receptor blockers.The blood pressure levels before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);adverse reactions during treatment in the study group The incidence was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of β_(2)-receptor blockers for the treatment of hypertension in the community can effectively improve the blood pressure level of the patients,and the patients will not have many adverse reactions.It is a safe and efficient treatment plan.
