摘要
目的:对比分析PFNA内固定与锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年8月收治股骨转子间骨折患者74例,按不同治疗方式分为两组,各37例。对照组实施股骨解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗;试验组实施PFNA内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及负重时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后优良率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的效果突出。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of PFNA internal fixation and locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,74 cases of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received femoral anatomic locking plate internal fixation treatment.The experimental group used PFNA internal fixation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The amount of bleeding during operation,the fracture healing time and weight-bearing time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate after operation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation is effective in treating intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
