摘要
目的:研究呼吸衰竭患者应用康复护理干预的价值。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治呼吸衰竭患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组实施康复护理干预;对照组采取常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后肺换气功能指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对呼吸衰竭患者应用康复护理干预的效果显著,可有效改善患者肺换气功能,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To study the value of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with respiratory failure.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,80 cases of patients with respiratory failure were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group carried out rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the control group took conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the lung ventilation function index level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with respiratory failure is remarkable,which can effectively improve the lung ventilation function and reduce the incidence of complications.
