摘要
近几年,我国医疗卫生事业呈现出全面进步趋势,这对于基层疾控中心职业卫生技术服务水平提出了更高的挑战,要对职业病危害因素检测工作、卫生技术服务人员水平等相关内容予以重视,提高基层疾控中心的申请获取资质,从而打造更加合理、科学的基层疾控中心管理环境。本文分析了基层疾控中心职业卫生技术服务现状,并针对设备问题、人才队伍建设质量、技术服务职能确定等方面提出对应的处理对策。
In recent years,China's medical and health undertakings have shown a trend of overall progress,this poses a higher challenge to the level of occupational health technical services in the primary centers for disease control and prevention,we should pay attention to the detection of occupational hazards and the level of health technical service personnel,to improve the application qualification of the primary centers for disease control and prevention,so as to create a more reasonable and scientific management environment of the primary centers for disease control and prevention.This paper analyzes the current situation of occupational health technical service in the primary centers for disease control and prevention,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of equipment problems,quality of talent team construction,and determination of technical service functions.
