基于实时入炉煤质数据的在线掺烧优化系统在火电厂的应用 被引量:14

摘要 为解决传统配煤掺烧过程中煤质数据滞后、配煤结果不准、无法获取锅炉实时燃煤数据的难题,研究利用皮带式入炉煤煤流全元素实时分析设备,实时获取皮带煤流煤质数据,并与配煤设备、在线掺烧优化软件相结合,形成在线掺烧优化系统。该系统通过实时采集入炉皮带煤流煤质数据,反馈调整煤场配煤煤种及比例,实现精准配煤,计算实时锅炉运行经济指标,并可采集锅炉运行数据,实时优化锅炉运行氧量、风门开度等关键控制参数。通过本系统的应用,可帮助电厂燃用更多标煤单价较低的经济煤种,并通过实时燃烧优化调整使锅炉运转保持在最佳状态,从而使电厂获得可观的收益。 In order to solve the problems of lagging coal quality data, inaccurate coal blending results, and inability to obtain real-time coal combustion data of boilers during the conventional coal blending process, the research uses a belt-type real-time full element coal analysis equipment to obtain belt flow coal quality data in real time, and combines with online blending optimization software and coal blending equipment to form an online blending optimization system. Through collecting coal flow quality data for the boiler in real time, this system feeds back and adjusts the coal blending ratio of the coal yard, which can realize accurate coal blending and real-time calculation of economic indicators. Moreover, it can collect the real-time operation data of the boiler to optimize the boiler operation oxygen amount, damper opening and other key control parameters. Through the application of this system, power plants can be able to burn more economical coal with a lower standard coal price, and the boiler operation can be kept in the best state through real-time combustion optimization adjustment, so that the power plant can obtain objective benefits.
