摘要
为了提高生产效率、节省成本,针对仪表板表皮这类大塑件,提出了一种新型的表皮成型方法——超薄表皮注射成型工艺。根据超薄注射成型要求对表皮结构进行了全新设计,选择适用于该成型方法的最优材料。并在此基础上,通过注射压力优化、表皮壁厚控制、外观质量等研究超薄表皮注射成型的最优工艺以满足塑件的外观性能等需求。最后通过实际注射成型塑件,验证了超薄表皮注射成型的结构设计和制造工艺的有效性,该工艺具有一定的实践指导意义。
In order to improve the production eficiency and save the cost,this paper proposes a new skin molding method,ultra-thin injection molding skin technology,for such large parts as dashboard skin.According 10 the requirements of ulra-thin injetion molding,a new design of the skin strueture is earried out,and the optimal material suitable for the molding method is selected.Base on this,by the optimization of injection pressure,skin thickness control,appearance quality and s0 on,the optimal molding process of ultra-thin injetion skin is studied to meet the requirements of the parts'appearance perfrmance.Finally,the actual injection production of parts consequences,verified the effectiveness of the structural design and.manufacturing process of the ultra-thin injection skin,which has a certain practical significance.
