摘要
目的探讨腹股沟直疝tep浆液肿预防措施。方法选取2019年6月至2020年3月本院收治的腹股沟直疝患者78例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各39例。两组患者均行tep手术治疗,对照组术后应用常规护理,研究组应用综合性护理措施。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后不良事件发生率、生活质量。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,且术中失血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹股沟直疝tep术中,应用综合性护理,可明显减少患者术中失血量,缩短住院时间,降低患者术后浆液肿等不良事件的发生率,显著提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the preventive measures of tep serous swelling in indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 78 patients with direct inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were randomly assigned to study group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The operative time,length of stay,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative adverse events,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of operation and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Quality of life of study group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the groin teb direct hernia,application of comprehensive nursing care,can significantly reduce the blood loss in the patients with surgery,shorten the patient's hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of adverse events such as patients with postoperative serum swollen,significantly improve the patient's quality of life,can be applied.
