摘要
"心肾不交"是中医学理论的重要内容,对临床具有积极的指导意义,但目前对该理论的认识与研究不够深入。本文基于病理表现形式,以及阴阳、水火、升降、精血、神志、表里、经络等对心肾不交理论进行探究,以期挖掘其内涵,拓宽其理论外延,为相关临床应用提供有益参考。
The theory of disharmony between heart and kidney is an important content of TCM theory, which has positive guiding significance for clinical practice. However, the current understanding and research on this theory is not sufficiently detailed. This article explored and analyzed the theory of disharmony between heart and kidney based on the pathological manifestations and yin-yang, water-fire, ascending and descending, blood and essence, mind, exterior-interior, meridians and collaterals, in order to explore its theoretical connotation, broaden its theoretical extension and provide useful references for its clinical application.
