掘进面多级气相压裂卸压抽采防突研究 被引量:2

Research on outburst prevention technology of pressure relief extraction with multistage gas-phase fracturing in driving face

摘要 为解决煤层赋存条件复杂、煤体渗透率低、部分区域突出易发性高等问题,提出运用多级气相压裂的方案在阳泉矿区新元矿31004工作面辅助回风巷与进风巷进行压裂试验,以考察其卸压增透效果;在试验巷道的不同区段实施单孔压裂和双孔压裂,并采用“压裂抽采”和“压后即掘”2种工作循环方式进行试验;基于对多项抽采参数的实测结果,从多角度评价多级气相压裂效果。结果表明:多级气相压裂具有明显的重启裂缝与扩张裂缝作用,能够有效改善煤体的渗透性和瓦斯抽采条件;通过对比单孔压裂与双孔压裂效果,并结合现场监测数据发现,双孔多级压裂的效果明显优于单孔多级压裂,双孔多级压裂钻孔作业难度低,且作业后瓦斯更易抽采;观测不同的工作循环方式未见明显差距,但“压后即掘”的工作效率明显更高。多级气相压裂的成功实施,对该技术在低渗矿区的防突消突与瓦斯抽采工作中的应用具有重要指导意义。 In order to solve the problems of complex coal seam occurrence conditions,low coal permeability,and high outburst susceptibility in some areas,a multistage gas-phase fracturing scheme was proposed to conduct the fracturing experiments in the auxiliary return airway and air inlet roadway of the 31004 working face of Xinyuan Mine in Yangquan Mining Area,so as to investigate the effect of pressure relief and permeability enhancement.The single-hole fracturing and double-hole fracturing were implemented in different sections of the testing roadway,and two working cycle methods of“fracturing extraction”and“drilling after fracturing”were used in the tests.Based on the actual measurement results of multiple extraction parameters,the effect of multistage gas-phase fracturing was evaluated from multiple angles.The results showed that the multistage gas-phase fracturing had obvious effects of restarting and expanding the fractures,and could effectively improve the permeability of coal and the gas extraction conditions.Through a comparative study of single-hole fracturing and double-hole fracturing,and combining with the on-site monitoring data,it was found that the effect of double-hole multistage fracturing was significantly better than the single-hole multistage fracturing.The drilling operation of double-hole multistage fracturing was less difficult,and the gas was easier to extract after the double-hole fracturing.At the same time,there was no obvious difference in observing different working cycle methods,but the working efficiency of“drilling after fracturing”was obviously higher.The successful implementation of multistage gas-phase fracturing has important guiding significance for the application of gas-phase fracturing technology in the prevention and elimination of outburst and gas extraction in the low-permeability mining areas.
