摘要 根据仪表前盖的几何结构特点与注射模设计要求,运用Creo6.0软件的阴影曲面技术,以一定的顶平面定义异形孔内环边界的聚合曲面和弧形缺口等边界的覆盖面,使两者易于通过曲面或形状曲面的移除与偏移,形成与其边界完全一致的分型面。这样,通过阴影曲面的创建,既可以快速形成模具分型面,完成仪表前盖的模具设计,也可以将其直接用于体积块的分割,完成模具体积块的创建,以此展示阴影曲面在复杂模具设计中的应用,有助于提升模具设计能力。 According to the geometric structural characteristics of a meter case and the design requirements of injection mould,the shadow surface technology of Creo 6.0 software was used to define the aggregated surfaces of the inner boundaries of the irregular holes and the covering surfaces of the curved notch and other boundaries through a certain top plane,so that the operations of removing and offset are convenient for both two of them.Then,a parting surface exactly consistent with their boundaries was formed.Creating the shadow surface can not only quickly for m the parting surface and complete the mould design,but also be applied to the division of the volume block and the creation of mould volume block.This method shows the application of the shadow surface in the complex mould design,and improve mould design ability.
