摘要
目的:对比治疗老年复发性腹股沟斜疝中腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术的应用效果。方法:将本院2019年11月~2020年11月收治的100例老年复发性腹股沟斜疝患者分为两组,一组给予腹腔镜疝修补术,为甲组,另一组给予无张力疝修补术,为乙组,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者在手术时间和术中出血量方面的指标无显著差异,P>0.05,甲组患者的住院天数显著低于乙组,数据差异表示P<0.05,甲组患者恢复快。结论:在将腹腔镜疝修补术应用在老年复发性腹股沟斜疝患者中,更有利于减少患者的术中出血量,效果显著,有利于促进患者术后恢复。
Objective:To compare the application effect of laparoscopic hernia repair and open tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of elderly recurrent indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:100 cases of elderly patients with recurrent indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were divided into two groups,one group was given laparoscopic hernia repair,the other group was given tension-free hernia repair,as group B,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups,P>0.05.The hospitalization days of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,the data difference showed that P<0.05,and the recovery of group A was faster.Conclusion:In the application of laparoscopic hernia repair in elderly patients with recurrent indirect inguinal hernia,it is more conducive to reduce the intraoperative blood loss of patients,the effect is significant,it is conducive to promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
