运用文献计量分析方法,借助CiteSpace软件,从整体上分析组织行为学领域研究动态及研究热点的演化趋势,并绘制知识图谱,以期为国内组织行为学的研究是如何演进的,哪些文献起到了里程碑作用,这一领域的核心作者群有哪些,研究的最新前沿是什么?等一系列问题找到确切的答案.
The research trend in the field of organizational behavior and the evolution of research hotspots are studied through bibliometric analysis with the help of CiteSpace.And a knowledge graph was drawn with an attempt to find exact answers to the following questions:How has the domestic organization behavior research evolved?Which documents have played a landmark role?What are the core author groups in this field?What is the latest frontier of research?
