沙盘游戏对聋人大学生创伤后应激反应的干预研究

摘要 聋人大学生由于自身的感官缺陷,在学习以及社会交往等方面存在诸多问题。研究表明,聋人大学生的心理健康水平偏低,更容易在创伤后或其他负性生活事件中受到伤害,从而导致难以挽回的后果。文章以沙盘游戏的形式对一名创伤后产生应激反应的聋人大学生Z进行为期两个多月的心理干预,在干预前后、干预后4个月分别使用SCL-90对其进行心理测评。在干预后,SCL-90的总分由初次测评的175分降至162分,阳性项目数由63降至59,强迫和抑郁因子分数均降至正常水平;追踪测评结果显示,总分下降至145分,阳性项目下降至48个,焦虑因子由2.4分降至1.7分,恢复到正常水平。这表明沙盘游戏对于改善聋人大学生创伤后应激反应是有效的。 Deaf college students have many problems in learning and social communication due to their sensory defects.The research shows that the mental health of deaf college students is low and there are a series of psychological problems.In this study,a deaf college student Z with post-traumatic stress response was subjected to psychological intervention for two months in the form of Sandplay.Z was assessed with SCL-90 three times before,after and 4 months after the intervention.After intervention,the total score of SCL-90 decreased from 175 to 162,the number of positive items decreased from 63 to 59,and the factors of compulsion and depression decreased to within the normal level.Four months after the end of the intervention,the total score had dropped to 145,positive items to 48,and anxiety factors had returned to normal from the initial assessment of 2.4 points to 1.7.Conclusion:Sandplay are effective in improving the post-traumatic stress response of deaf college students.
