摘要
目的探究ICU清醒患者应用针对性护理的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月期间ICU清醒患者120例,随机分为观察组(针对性护理)与对照组(常规护理)各60例,比较2组干预效果。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于ICU清醒患者有助于疏导其不良情绪,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on ICU conscious patients.Methods 120 patients with ICU awake from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(targeted care)and control group(routine care),60 cases in each group,and the intervention effect was compared.Results the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of targeted nursing in ICU conscious patients is helpful to dredge the patients'bad mood,and the patients are satisfied.
