摘要
基于个体资本的视角,本文构建了企业员工获得感的四维度结构模型,并开发了其测量量表。将员工获得感分为物质资本获得感、人力资本获得感、社会资本获得感与心理资本获得感四个维度。并结合现有文献和量表,形成了14条目的员工获得感测量量表。通过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析验证了员工获得感的四维结构模型。数据分析也发现,获得感对员工的工作满意度、工作意义感、工作绩效等都有显著影响,支持了量表的预测效度。
Sense of gain is a hot topic in the society and corporations.Yet,little empirical research focuses on the specific dimensions of the concept.We propose individual capital theory as a theoretical basis for understanding sense of gain and offer a constitutive definition of the sense of gain construct.In three interlocking studies,we investigate the viability and importance of this construct.We construct and test a four-dimensional structure model of sense of gain,and develop a measurement scale of the model.Based on the perspective of individual capitals,we divide the sense of gain into four interrelated dimensions,including material capital,human capital,social capital and psychological capital.Based on the reviewing and generalizing of the correlated literature and scales,we developed a 14-item scale.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,we validate the four-dimensional structure model of sense of gain.Data analysis also demonstrate its predictive validity for important employee outcomes,such as job satisfaction,work meaning,and job performance,supporting the predictive validity of the scale.
